Call for Abstracts

  • Opening day
  • Submission deadline

Presentation Formats & Guidelines:

Account Requirement: To submit an abstract, you need to have a free indico.psi.ch account.

Abstract Structure: Your abstract should be concise (maximum 330 words) and clearly divided into four sections: Objective, Methods, Results, and Outlook & Discussion.

Selection & Publication: The Scientific Committee will evaluate all received abstracts based on both scientific quality and practical implications. All selected abstracts will be published in the conference booklet.

Presentation Types: Accepted abstracts will be selected for either an oral presentation or a poster viewing.

Speaking Time: Oral presentations will be allocated 10–15 minutes, depending on the final program schedule and the committee's decision.

Poster Preference: If you specifically prefer a poster presentation, please indicate this clearly during your abstract submission.

Notice Regarding Posters: As interest in poster sessions has historically been low, the organizers reserve the right to cancel the poster exhibition entirely if there is an insufficient number of poster submissions.

Important Technical Notice: To complete your submission, you must designate one author as the 'Speaker'. To do this, simply click the gray microphone icon next to the respective author's name. Please note that this is a mandatory system requirement, even if you are solely submitting a poster.
