Abstracts are limited to 200 words and should be accessible to the broad condensed matter audience at PSI. Each participant may submit only one abstract.
Suggested abstract structure:
- Context and motivation — 1–2 sentences, ~30–40 words
Introduce the broader scientific question, material class, method, or technical challenge.
- Specific aim — 1 sentence, ~20–30 words
State the specific problem, system, technique, or development addressed in the contribution.
- Approach — 1–2 sentences, ~40–50 words
Briefly describe the experiment, theory, simulation, instrument development, or analysis method.
- Results or current status — 2–3 sentences, ~50–70 words
Summarise the main results, progress, or expected outcomes. For ongoing work, clearly indicate the present status.
- Outlook and relevance — 1 sentence, ~20–30 words
Where relevant, mention future steps, possible applications, or keywords that may encourage discussion and collaboration.
