Exhibition

The PSDI conference offers an excellent opportunity for commercial partners to promote their organisation and capabilities to the large and targeted community of structural biologists in industry. The exhibition lasts for the duration of the conference, i.e., from Monday, 4 November 9 am until Tuesday, 5 November 5 pm. It is located on the same floor as the conference room, next to the place where coffee breaks happen, ensuring best visibility.
A set of sponsor packages to choose from is available.

Exhibition area

The Exhibition area consists of two rooms (room 3 of 120 m2 and room 4 of 75 m2) where coffee will be served during all conference breaks. The space per sponsor will be assigned by the PSDI organising committee. We offer a sponsor slot of roughly 2 x 2 m. Office tables and chairs will be available upon request. Please mind the specific electrical plug/outlet in Switzerland. In case of special needs for the stand, please contact directly the organising committee.

Mounting and unmounting exhibition stand

The exhibition area is ready for set up from 3 pm on Sunday, 3 November with delegate registration starting at 3 pm. The deadline for removal of exhibition equipment is 5.30 pm on Tuesday, 5 November. Materials can be stored for an additional day (Nov. 6, if necessary).
Exhibitors failing to comply will be responsible for any consequential charges incurred.
