All contributors are requested to submit a full paper before September 19th 2014.
All delivered full papers will be published on the HOTLAB Working group home page as proceeding of the conference.
A booklet with all contributions will be distributed as pdf file to all participant at the conference.

- The full paper must be submitted as pdf or Word file
- The Author / Co-Author names must be clearly stated under the title of the paper. The presenter of the paper at the conference, if not the first author, must be underlined
- The affiliation with the E-Mail address of the corresponding author must clearly sated
- Picture and drawing must have a sufficient resolution to be easily readable in A4 format
