Registration Following steps are necessary if you want to participate to the workshop: Read the explanations below Fill out and submit the online registration form Pay the registration fee (see below under Payment) Contact the hotel directly if you need an accomodation Submit your abstract if you want to present something at the workshop We encourage all attendees to take advantage of the benefits of early registration. That will both ensure your participation and help us in planning. Registration fee includes: access to conference welcome reception on Sunday coffee breaks 4x lunch (beverages excluded) conference dinner on Wednesday. Registration fee for accompanying persons includes: welcome reception on Sunday conference dinner on Wednesday Please add the additional cost for accompanying persons to the amount of the workshop fee. Advance payment of the registration fee is recommended. Desk payment: cash (Swiss Francs and Euros), credit cards will not be accepted. Please note: Accommodation is NOT included. Cancellation policy: In case of cancellation 14 days before start of conference, the registration payment will be reimbursed retaining 50 CHF transfer fees.
