Our spring meeting will take place at PSI in Villigen from April 26 - 27, 2018.
Please let us know if you intend to participate by filling out the registration form by April 6, 2018 the latest.
We very much look forward to seeing you in Villigen in April.
Session meetings
The session meetings on Thursday, April 26, will take place as follows:
- 1 p.m. Meeting of PRC chair and the chairs of each sub-committee (WSLA/105)
- 1 p.m. TOMCAT sub-committee (WBBA/008)
- 3:30 p.m. DIFFR sub-committee (WSLA/105)
- all other meetings will start at 2 p.m. (please see session schedule for meeting room indication). All meeting rooms are located at the PSI west premises and will be marked accordingly.
NEW AS OF THIS YEAR: Access to PSI West premises
All visitors to the PSI West premises, do need a visitor-badge to enter. Your personal badge, valid for Thursday, April 26 and Friday, April 27, will be ready for pick up at the security desk located at the West entrance to the PSI premises. In case you might arrive on Wednesday, April 25, to visit co-workers at PSI, please let them take care of your visitor-badge for that very day - thank you.Accommodation
A contingency of hotel rooms has been reserved at the Hotel Schloss Böttstein www.schlossboettstein.ch
Please kindly indicate your dates of arrival and departure on the registration form so we can finalise your booking.
Please do not settle your hotel bill - it will be directly charged to PSI (except for minibar or any other consumptions, telephone calls, etc.).
Dinner
The PRC dinner will take place on Thursday evening, April 26. Information about the place of the dinner are yet to follow. Any special dietary requirements/food allergies can be indicated in the registration form .For those travelling to the restaurant with their own car:
Shuttle Service
Transfer from/to PSI - Hotel Schloss Böttstein as well as PSI - Restaurant - Hotel Schloss Böttstein has been arranged (April 26 evening / April 27morrning).
On Friday morning, April 27, a shuttle bus will pick you up from your hotel (pick up time to be reconfirmed on Thursday, April 27).
Travel arrangements
If you like us to assist with flight tickets bookings, please kindly contact Daniela Jahns on daniela.jahns@psi.ch, indicating your desired itinerary, stating your full name (as shown in your passport), your birth date and your cell phone number. This piece of information is essential for a correct booking with any airline.
We shall send you your electronic tickets (air/train) by email approximately 10 days prior to your departure.
Any additional travel expenses will also be refunded - receipts (as a pdf-file) should be sent to daniela.jahns@psi.ch.
