General beam time discussion:
Campaign starts week 36 after the MIXE campaign --> More tuning after MIXE
INPC during beamtime --> Andreas was invited to speak (not present for week 37)
Setting up the DAQ --> Frederik will be for sure present the first week of the beamtime (hopefully have everything up and running after that)
Thesis writing --> Stella can only assist at the beamtime if time allows for it
Shift monkeys --> Silvia Bara, Jake Johnson, and Wiktoria Wojtaczka will help in the campaign after the LISA school
Beam shutdown in week 37: More finetuning of the HPGe's and Calibration runs
