Workshop Dinner
The workshop dinner takes us back to medieval times, where kings and queens ruled, knights protected the land, and stone walls were built high on hilltops. The evening will take place at the historic Habsburg Castle.
The workshop dinner on Wednesday evening, May 6th, 2026, at 6:15 pm, will take place at the medieval Schlossrestaurant Habsburg:

18:00 Arrival followed by an apéritif (max. 30 minutes)
18:30 Move to the dining hall, including beverage service

Rosé-roasted beef entrecôte with béarnaise sauce, served with spätzli and seasonal vegetables

Habsburg Dream served in a glass – vanilla cream, seasonal fruits, and chocolate crumble
