There are two small accommodation places with a very limited number of rooms available in the closest surroundings of PSI e.g.
in Würenlingen: Hotel und Restaurant in Würenlingen
in Villigen: Restaurant & Hotel zum Hirschen
PSI: guest house (remote location, poor nutrition situation)
A little further away, there are two larger hotels. We have managed to negotiate special rates for participants at both. Both hotels are connected to the PSI by public transport. The journey takes between 20 and 35 minutes.
Brugg-Windisch: Centurion Towerhotel
We blocked a number of rooms available at CHF 130/night, breakfast incl. plus CHF 4/night for taxes. These rooms are available until 21 July 26 and can only be booked at the hotel directly by email mentioning the code word "Science@FELs".
Döttingen: La Maison Suisse
This hotel uses a flexible pricing system, which is why we were unable to secure a block booking. However, it is willing to offer participants a 10% discount based on the daily rate (assumed around CHF 135/night, breakfast incl.).
