Registration Fees:
All conference participants must submit a conference registration form in order to attend the Cyclotrons Conference in Zurich, Switzerland.
We encourage you to register early to take advantage of the reduced registration fee.

The registration fee covers all coffee breaks, lunches from monday-wednesday, the welcome reception on sunday, the PSI visit and the conference dinner on wednesday.

Registration deadline: 19 August 2016
Payments cannot be processed before filling the registration form. Registration will be complete when the conference fees are received.
Student Support
There will be a small amount of money available for supporting and encouraging the participation of students in CYC2016. If you wish to be considered for this support, please register to the conference and send a letter of support from your supervisor to cyc16@psi.ch.
Cancellation Policy
Any changes and cancellations must be communicated in writing to the Organizing Secretariat (cyc16@psi.ch). Upon receipt of a written cancellation notice before 1 July 2016 the total registration fee will be refunded, minus a 20% processing fee.
No refund can be made for cancellation after this date. Refunds will be processed by bank transfer after the conference.
