All workshop participants (including speakers) must submit a workshop registration in order to attend.
Registration fee
Participation at the workshop is CHF 150, including coffee and lunch breaks as well as the workshop dinner on Wednesday, September 18th.
Dinner on Tuesday, September 17th and lunch on Thursday, September 19th are not included, and guests are free to make their own plans for those meals.

We expect payment no later than 5 days after registration closes (July 5th, 2024).

Cancelation
All refund requests must be done by email to shawn.bell@psi.ch as soon as possible.
The Local Organization Committee reserves the right to refuse reimbursement of part or total of the fee depending on the date of cancellation.
Each case of cancelation will be considered individually.
In general, cancelations before August 19th can expect full reimbursement minus a CHF 50.- administration fee.
