We prefer that speakers do not use their own laptops. We can accommodate presentations in PowerPoint, Open Document or PDF files. Please bring this on a USB stick or upload it directly to our website so that we can load it onto the laptop used for presentations. Simply follow this link, click on the "View" link for the appropriate abstract and then "Edit files".

Poster presentations

The poster boards will be able to accommodate a poster of up to size A0, in portrait orientation, that is 0.841m (width) x 1.189m (height). The posters can be displayed on the boards which are numbered accordingly, i.e. P-#. The posters may remain on display for the full conference period and we request that the presenters be available for questions about their contribution during the allocated poster session:

• P-48 to P-96: Poster session II, Tuesday.
• P-96 to P-149: Poster session III, Thursday.

If you wish to share your poster with other participants, you may do so by uploading it to our website. Simply follow this link, click on the "View" link for the appropriate abstract and then "Edit files".
