All presenters for the PhotonDiag 2020 conference are expected to produce a video presentation for upload to the main conference website. This presentation should be made of Powerpoint slides that are to be shown with the accompanying recorded talk.
For example, such a presentation could be recorded via Zoom using the ‘record’ function. The method of sending the presentations to the organizing committee will be explained by e-mail upon the acceptance of the abstracts.
The talk can also be presented live via Zoom, but a pre-recorded backup is required. The speaker should, if possible, be available during his or her presentation (if not possible, contact the organizers beforehand). The attendees of all Zoom sessions are expected and encouraged to use a headset to ensure to good audio quality.
All selected poster presenters are required to submit a high resolution pdf of their poster. Presenters are encouraged to include their photo on the top of the poster and clear contact details to enable conference attendees to contact them directly with questions.

- Invited speakers: up to 25+5 minutes
- Regular session speakers: up to 15+5 minutes
- Posters: a highresolution PDF copy of the poster.
