Payment Policy
Fees are in CHF. Payment is due in full upon completion and return of the registration form. Due to limited conference space, we advise early registration and payment by credit card to avoid disappointment. Payment includes accommodation, lunches, one dinner, and refreshments. Your registration is not valid until payment is received and may be subject to cancellation.
Powder Diffraction School: Cancellation, postponement and substitution policy
You may not substitute Powder Diffraction School participants without contacting us in advance. You will be fully refunded for cancellations received in writing by latest 31 July 2016. Cancellation of a registration after the cancellation deadline will result in a cancellation fee of CHF 50.
Cancellations must be made by e-mail or by fax to +41 (0) 56 310 31 51. If PSI cancels the Powder Diffraction School for any reason, you will receive 100% of the contract fee reimbursed. Except as specified above, no credits will be issued for cancellations. There are no refunds given under any circumstances.
PSI is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration or cancellation of the Powder Diffraction School. PSI shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event that this conference is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to an event beyond our control, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of this conference impractical, illegal or impossible. For purposes of this clause, an event beyond our control shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, labour strike, extreme weather, or other emergency.
Please note that while speakers and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing, circumstances beyond the control of the organisers may necessitate substitutions, alterations, or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. As such, PSI reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary without any liability to you whatsoever. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on our web page as soon as possible.

In case of dispute, Swiss law shall apply
