** Timetable and Scientific Program **
Thank you for sharing your research with the community. We are pleased to announce that our event will feature 14 scientific sessions. Each session will begin with a 10-minute introductory talk by the chair, followed by a series of scientific presentations.
Posters will be displayed in the room where coffee breaks and lunchs are held, providing you the opportunity to share your research during social hours.
Please prepare the following:
- Poster– A portrait-oriented A0-sized poster for poster sessions. Please mount it directly after registration on Sunday 17-Nov before the first session, and remove it on Thursday 21-Nov. Stationary for mounting will be provided.
- (Optional*) Flash Talk with One Slide– A 2-minute flash talk. Please prepare one slide for the flash talk using PowerPoint or Keynote with a large font and a 16:9 ratio.
*Note: If you select "I can present either a poster or give a 20-min talk" when submitting an abstract but are not assigned a 20-minute talk, you will have the opportunity to present your research in the 2-min flash talk.
