The submission period has ended.
During the submission phase, authors must choose their presentation type between "Oral" and "Poster" together with their topic.
The presentation type will be confirmed after the peer-review process by the scientific committee of the abstract.
Invited oral presentation will only be granted to research that has received an outstanding evaluation with a score of 9/10 or higher.
The time allocated for each type of presentation is detailed below:
Invited oral presentation are 20 min in addition to 10 min of questions and answers,
Regular oral presentation are 15 min in addition to 5 min of questions and answers.
For the poster sessions, please prepare a quality printed poster in A0 (1189 x 841 mm) portrait format (vertical). Please notice that there is NO possibility to print the poster on site.
