All workshop participants (including speakers) must submit a workshop registration in order to attend.
Regular registration fee
Participation at the workshop is at 480 CHF, including coffee and lunch breaks as well as the workshop dinner on Wednesday.
The apéro on Monday evening and the dinner on Tuesday are also included in the fee.
Late registration fee
Participation at the workshop is at 580 CHF, including coffee and lunch breaks as well as the workshop dinner on Wednesday.

Earlier career scientist fee
= PhD and/or up to 5 years after the PhD

Bank transfer payment deadlines
We expect payment of the participants not later than 5 days after the deadline (regular/late registration), respectively end April 2024.

Cancellation
All refund requests must be done by email to silvia.bacher@psi.ch as soon as possible.
The Local Organization Committee reserves the right to refuse reimbursement of part or total of the fee depending on the date of cancellation.
In general, cancellations until April 1st, 2024, can expect full reimbursement minus a CHF 50.- administration fee.
Each case of cancellation will be considered individually.
Exclusion
Due to the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, HTS 2024 is unable to accept any registrations from any organizations based in Russia or Belarus until further notice. This applies to both individual and exhibitor registration.
